Terms of Use
1. Scope
These terms apply to the Linvara Studio website, Linvara Studio Complete, Linvara Print Studio, Linvara Duplicate Finder, Linvara File Organizer, Linvara PDF Toolkit, Linvara Image Toolkit and Linvara File Compressor.
Application use is also subject to the license and marketplace terms applicable to your purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights available under applicable law.
2. Permitted use
You may use the applications for lawful personal or commercial purposes within the applicable license.
You remain responsible for having permission to access and process the files you select and for respecting the intellectual-property and privacy rights of others.
3. Review operations and keep backups
Before applying an operation, review the selected files, rules, destination paths and available previews.
For Print Studio, inspect exported files before printing or production.
For Duplicate Finder, review matching groups and the copies selected for cleanup before confirming.
For File Organizer, review proposed moves and destination folders before applying organizing rules.
Keep appropriate backups of important files. Undo functions and the Windows Recycle Bin are not substitutes for backups, and recovery may be affected by subsequent changes, unavailable files or Windows settings.
4. Restrictions
You may not unlawfully redistribute or resell the applications, circumvent applicable licensing controls, or use them to violate the rights of others.
Restrictions do not override activities expressly permitted by applicable law.
5. Availability and purchases
Features and availability may change as applications are maintained. Current prices, requirements and purchase conditions are shown in the relevant Microsoft Store listing.
Payment and refund requests are handled under the applicable marketplace rules and statutory rights.
6. Responsibility and contact
Application results may depend on your selections, settings, source files, device environment and third-party services. Review results before relying on them.
Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
